pink lemonade bars
SK's Pink Lemonade Bars. Not having a a food processor has made baking an...interesting process. So has not having a blender, spatula, whisk, zester...or measuring spoons. But anyway. In this case, it meant that I had to crush and strain a box of raspberries by hand, which made my kitchen look like a crime scene. A delicious, deep pink crime scene, with juice dripping down my fingers. Unfortunately, my eggs were a little frozen, so they didn't mix well in the lemonade layer. BUT! These were still delicious, with a pretty colour and a buttery biscuity base, like the pecan squares above.
